3. At least the bed and sheets where nice, heater worked well, and everything was basically clean other than the stain on the couch seat and a floor with what looks like winter tracking stains.

5. The picture of the front as shown is correct as when you arrive at the motel it does look very nice but going up the side of the motel to park, it seems you have come to a filthy place.
