5. First off it is in an excellent location to easily find your way to all the central attractions in LA as well as bars and restaurants on Sunset Strip.

The location is really excellent - a minute or two off the Hollywood Freeway, one block from Sunset and Hollywood Blvds, 5 minutes drive to the wonderful restaurants, bars & cafes of Vermont Avenue; 20 minutes to Beverly Hills and 15 minutes from West Hollywood in one direction and downtown in the other.
