6. Overall it felt like the owner thought that the location would be enough to satisfy most people, so they wouldn't notice the decor, but to us it felt grotty and like they couldn't be bothered to maintain the rooms.

8. We told him we had requested early check in he said 'thats only a request form' not verification, When we suggested he could have emailed us to let us know he started repeating like a mantra' Its policy at this hotel 3oclock check in' He just kept repeating this talking over us.

9. It is in the quiet end of venice beach and you can walk to the lively part of venice beach in 10 minutes and around the corner 5 minutes away there are some good restaurants :0)We would like to return another time :0).

10. Greg the manager gives an entertaining local insight into the area and is very helpful and to top it off even looks a little like Kevin Costner.
