1. This hotel is my favorite for many reasons: the rooms are big and neat and well-cared for daily; the staff makes you feel part of a family; the rates are SO reasonable; the TART Restaurant is so delicious and their staff goes out of the way to accommodate; the location is the best ever with the Farmer's Market and the Grove right across the street plus bakeries and restaurants within walking distance -- all kinds, including the famous Canter's Restaurant; the hotel has wonderful homemade cookies from TART and lemonade twice a day and Kettle chips during the day.

2. I hate the price of the room and I'm always looking for a more reasonable hotel but I keep coming back to Farmers Daughter mostly because of the location.

4. You can see the Hollywood sign from the sidewalk, and you can reach most places from Beverly Hills to Pasadena in a reasonable amount of time by car.

5. The rates are reasonable (what is unreasonable are the taxes in LA which are plus, plus and plus).

6. Besides having a very rude staff and the room not being ready even an hour after the check in this is just another reason to keep us from staying at this hotel ever again.

7. She quickly apologized and literally sprinted off, but seriously? On Sunday morning, housekeeping called us at 10:40AM supposedly for no reason.

9. This being LA, one of course has to drive to many places and the hotel conveniently sits in the centre of the city, within short driving distance to Hollywood, Sunset, Melrose or Beverly Hills; and reasonable distance to Venice, Santa Monica or Downtown.
