1. Con's:- Breakfast (starbucks like convenience, so the only benefit is the coffee)- Basin in the room, not in bathroom (see picture)- typical American all carpet-hotel = smelly- bed very soft, but big enough- No AC in rooms, AC is a big black device standing in a corner in the room (see picture, black device between window and desk.

2. The king room was big, bed was comfy everything was clean, plenty of parking and the price was very reasonable - what else do you need? I really liked the lobby area - very modern.

3. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that the rooms have tiny bathrooms with sinks outside of the bathroom.

10. Apart from being spotlessly clean it was also pretty big (I'll post some photos) and I particularly liked the king + sofa bed layout - super practical.
