1. During their stay the group was excited about the hotel, and felt taken care of there.

2. you can really notice that they genuinely do care about your stay, from the minute you walk in to the time you say your goodbyes - everyone we passed bye consistently had the same sincere aura, a trait you rarely find anymore, even in the fancier or chain hotels.

8. They changed the room but when we were checking out we asked for a discount of some sort because of that and they absolutely refused and didn't even seem to care.
