1. I'm sure when the construction is finished it will be a very nice place, but I would check and make sure they are finished before ever staying here.

2. It was clean, and it did have a balcony, I didnt find it to be in a nice area of Beverly Hills.

3. hotel staff were friendly and helpfull rooms nice and clean with great views to the hollywood hills , walking distance to rodeo drive and not far from other major sight seeing places .

Views were nice, perfect location, overall very good; until the next morning we went up to the 14th floor where we should have our breakfast, we just came from Las Vegas, and breakfast were amazing, american breakfast ( pancakes, bacon, eggs, juices, cereals, omelettes, etc) this hotel had NOTHING, no meat offer, no pancakes, no cereals, and wait for it.

5. My newly hubby and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it was very comfortable, nice friendly staff ( except for the black woman behing the desk she was pretty rude and cold) other staff very friendly and helpful.
