1. I think I must have been upgraded, because the room was quite large, and very nicely decorated, with very comfortable 'lounge' chair.

10. Rooms are clean, the buffet is included in the price, free parking and wi-fi, a small whirlpool and a gym: in other words everything you need to have a nice stay in Los Angeles.
