9. The room was big and spacious and though the Victorian theme of the floor looked so old and needed renovation, it still put on an air of elegance and class when you step out of the elevator and enter the 3rd and 4th floor.

10. The wireless internet connection was a big dud as I was not able to connect and had to call customer service and was told I had to go down to the front desk to get an adapter since my laptop could not get an IP address.
