1. They are still working on the building but the main parts are done (the rooms) once they finish the hallways and stairwells this place will be perfect.

Pros:- Spacious room,- Comfy bed,- Neat bathroom (fixtures are new but need a bit of care), - Wireless work well, - Desk (Steve?) kind and genial,- Korean town seemed the safest in the city- Close to metro and bus routes- 5 mins walk to Zion MarketCons:- A/C is noisy, - Breakfast is only coffee and muffins (or cookies) served on an easel (Cake House Cafe in Zion Market is perfect place for breakfast)Overall:Worths the price, satisfied.

10. The only 2 or 3 things I think the room lacked were a chest of drawers (an Ikea Malm 3 drawer chest in brown-black which is under $100 would be perfect) a little fridge and perhaps a safe.
