3. The front desk agent was nice, but even though I confirmed a room with 1 king bed, she said the didn't have any available and could put me in a room with 2 double beds (smoking) I told her that was unacceptable and that was not what I confirmed.

7. nice lobby with friendly staff, the room was very clean, i had no complaints, there was complimentary drinks at the front desk, the pool was heated, overall i enjoyed my stay.
