5. The rooms smell a bit of having been used, and the maids push a bit on chlorine when they clean, but hey, my bed in not too bad (room 248), sheets were clean, the maids were very nice and one of the front desk ppl was very helpful, the others are just fine.

6. Plus, the hotel is close to Culver City, a nice neighborhoos, Rancho Park (another nice one) all the Beverly Hills stuff, and of course UCLA.
