1. The hotel is centrally located, relatively newly furnished, clean and comfortable.

3. Within 1hr of initial contact, The front desk supervisor was in my room in person apologizing for the inconvenience, with a new room key, AND assisted me with the move to a new room with a complimentary upgrade as part of service recovery.

5. I didn't receive a call back in 5 minutes to reassign my room, but rather the front desk supervisor showed up in person with a new room key, apologized in person for the problem with the AC, and advised me that I would receive a room upgrade in the larger room, highest floor of the Kress building which normally is rented for a higher fee.

8. (For those who dont know what that is, its the new Marriott concept for Springhill Suites) The rooms are very spacious, and clean.

10. The hotel looks to be fairly new or recently renovated and offers free wifi throughout the property plus a very nice free breakfast daily - one of the better 'free breakfasts' we've experienced.
