1. The pool was nice except for an irremovable rope across the middle of it.

2. We used valet parking, and every time I called for the car (except once) the phone was answered inmmediately, and the car was there when I wnet down to get it.

9. Everything about our stay was average - great, except the hotel's restaurant in the lobby (think it's called the Trolley?).

10. The hotel has indoor pool, fitness center, and weight room, all kept in good condition and everything was working appropriately, except the hot tub, which didn't seem to have the water jets working.
