1. Here goes:Staff are rude, cable tv channels that don't work, room smells like old gym socks, no cups for coffee maker, stains on the sheets, parking is horrible, and the price is much higher than average.

9. the pool is heated, so not as 'refreshing' as I would have liked (seriously where we're from everything is cold and we like it that way) But well maintained.
