The hotel clerk explained that this particular Holiday Inn still has a smoking floor and considers a smoking room a 'standard room' The Hotel Clerk, Ashley was extremely helpful, but the hotel was full, she did note on our acct that we needed to be moved the next day, and Kristen the next day's clerk, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the next day.

2. After 3 weeks I got an email to say someone will call me within 48 hours, just to find an other email another 3 weeks later to say no one cares that I forgot my curler.

4. The front desk offered to take care of it right away very nicely but they didn't show up until 9:15 the next morning to actually take care of it.

5. Overall I liked the room but I didn't care to much for the staff.

6. The staff didn't really seem to care when they sent me to the wrong rooms and the next day the guy at the desk blew me off and didn't seem to care when I asked him about the refrigerator and told him about what had happened the day before.
