3. It was just one block from Beale street, the rooms were very nicely decorated and clean (except we had to ask for our bed to be remade at checkin because the sheets didn't look fresh.

5. The Staff was exceptional, the breakfasts were great, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the location has got to be one of the best to visit the Country Music and/or the Capital side of Nashville.
