1. Rooms were very clean and all 10 couples of us staying at the htoel during Jazz Festival 2012 were VERY happy and had no complaints.

3. We booked a superior room and got a 1st floor room with a view of the parking lot behind the hotel, we were happy to get a view outside, some of the internal rooms don't have windows, The bathroom is very small but adequate and well appointed with good quality fittings and clean.

4. we were wakened every night and into the wee hours by lots of noise from the street below, some happy, some not-so-happy (people), garbage trucks, early morning traffic.
