5. I will say that the bell boy was fabulous, but outside of that ~ the shower had USED soap with 'hair' on it, bed was barley made and with no pillow cases (which some non uniformed man brought to my door after having to REQUEST them), the temperature in the room was above 75 when we arrived and never really cooled off, valet took nearly 45 min to accompany us, the ice machines either didn't work or were not in their spots on FOUR different floors, the beds were uncomfortable, AND the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor.

9. The air conditioning would never get below 76 degrees and believe me if you are in the French Quarter where it's blazing hot, the last thing you want to do is come back to a hotel room that won't cool you off.
"Would Never Stay There Again! " Read full review on YahooTravel   5/29/2008 Vote
