1. The hotel is spotlessly clean,and the housekeeping staff superb,the only down side is the front desk,with the exception of Robert,i found the staff rude ,and having a don't care attitude for service,they also try to impose a $50 dollar per room per day cash limit for travellers cheques.

2. The staff in the buffet area , coffee/gift shop and lite bites were very pleasant with the exception of the older lady who worked the lite bites, she was very rude.

3. We had a room in block C facing away from the I4 and never had any problem with noise from outside, except when groups of people walked past the room talking on the way to theirs (hardly a huge inconvenience).

4. The only ones with an exception for this is the lady at the info desk, cleaners and the maintenance guy who came to fix the toilet.

5. Done all the Disney theme parks twice and Universal 3 times, as a mom in her 40s Im not keen on rollercoasters and big rides but decided to just go for and and did all the rides except for the Hulk .

7. The beds are fairly comfortable and everything seemed to be working perfectly except from the toilet which wouldn't flush a few times.

9. The rooms are basic & the beds are not quite double but for a budget hotel, the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is exceptional value.
