The best is yet to come I called Hotwire prior to our trip and told them about the mistake I had made while booking the hotel and not until after booking it I realized it was pet friendly and that I am highly allergic to pets, the lady who I thought would be of some assistance jsut went on to tell me to use the HIDDEN menu next time to uncheck the pet friendly option and even after saying i'd pay the difference to upgrade she was of no assistance at all.
