6. My advice: No matter how much they reduce the initial asking price for the timeshare unit, and no matter how many 'free' vacations they offer to induce you to buy the unit, don't do it.

7. The resort makes it sound like you get so much for being an owner, free mini golf, use of tennis rackets, basket ball, and bikes - that is all great especially if you make use of them.
