1. Despite being at a major airport, this is not one of the newer LaQuintas with redesigned room, a courtyard with pool and a spacious breakfast area, but neither is it ancient--rather it's a middle-aged LaQuinta.

Here are the highlights: - Very close to the airport and the freeway- Clean, spacious room- Excellent large free breakfast- Very friendly front desk staffA few negatives:- Near the freeway so it was a bit noisy with the window open- My room (408) was a bit damp/musty (seems they just cleaned the carpets or something)- Wireless was a bit spotty on one of the 3 nightsAlso, this is the third hotel I`ve stayed in over the past two weeks, and this was the only one that had a great flushing toilet.
