3. I've stayed there several times now and each time I am greated by the exceptional staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast is the best I have ever had.

4. It is extremely well located in the heart of Portland's Pearl District, with access to some of Portland's best restaurants and nightspots located within either walking distance or a quick taxi ride or on one of Portland's exceptional mass transit, either light rail or bus.

I wouldn't think to stay here again except for the following: exceptional staff & housekeeping; my suite was comfortable and included a full kitchen - which is great for me as a road warrior I am tired of restaurants; the perfect location - 1 block from Powells - the epicenter of Portland in my opinion.

10. Although older and slightly tired, the property was clean, hotel staff was exceptional, afternoon tea and cookies refreshing, and the wine tasting with delicious food provided by a local restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.
