For some
reason
Downtown was full, mid-week, Autumn (Fall) with nothing special going on so we were pleased to get a room.

Also, I found the gift shop to be surprisingly
reasonably
priced for those emergency items I needed (aspirin, Band-Aids).

I have no
reason
to give this hotel a thumbs up or down - I just couldn't understand the poor reviews so felt I needed to add a good one here.

reasonably
-priced hotel close to downtown.

Besides the extremely
reason
able price, the really great thing was the hotel's close proximity to Portland State University and the downtown.

It is located within a few blocks of the PSU which is likely the
reason
for its selection for my conference.
