4. The 2nd night our room key didn't work (forcing us to walk out of the parking garage, out around the block, and in the front door) - we didn't realize this had been the problem and went up to the room and the key didn't work, and after we got it fixed mentioned it to the only people staying there we talked to and they had the same problem but had been given some fishy reason - don't store it near your cell phone, etc.
