4. The valet parking totally cleared cars of all snow, the reception personal was friendly and helpful, there was a fire in the bar seating area, and the whole place felt like an elegant ski resort.

7. There are 'two College Roads' according to the desk clerk (really? Two streets with the same name?) when we called for help and they are a good15 minute drive from campus.

9. The hotel is really nice, the spa is great, the restaurants are all wonderful (make sure to treat yourself to the Sunday Brunch) and the staff is super helpful.
