1. The room was nice, the location good and most of the staff were very helpful, but as I posted on TripAdvisor the desk and reservation staff did not understand the importance of Handicap Accessible.

6. I had to spend a week in SLC because of a conference and opted for this hotel, mainly because of the good reviews and the fact that they did offer smoking rooms.
