1. Our room was very warm and after trying everything to cool down we opened the sliding glass door in November.

7. How hard can it be to deliver a small bar fridge to a room if a client needs one for meds - not beer, meds?? Instead, it cost them a lot of ice and caused me a lot of frustration trying to keep the meds cool especially in light of the the fact that the A/C was not cooling at all.
