2. It has been 5 days since our trip, after numerous promises that we would be called by corporate and that things would be taken care of we still have not had the charges reversed nor have we seen any apology for the theft of our stuff.

3. The night we were there it was chicken and dumplings and I found several small pieces of chicken bone so I'd be careful about letting small kids eat this.

4. I then went down to front desk to report this and the person said he would take care of it,I told him we would be back in 1 to 2 hours on our return with food ready to sit and eat the smell was still there I then go back to desk and the person tries to explain he got busy and forgot.
