We received written confirmation from travel agent that the Westin had Not informed them of pool closure and the Westin confirmed this and belatedly apologised for any inconvenience and said the pool of thei sister hotel 4 blocks away was Available (not my idea of fun having to drag my 4 year old a few blocks for a bit of fun in a pool when I Believed I booked and paid for a hotel with a Perfectly functioning pool) .
