1. All of my interactions with the staff/personnel were great and they took care of whatever I needed.

2. I was hoping to use the spa but decided not to take a chance - since everything else was so bad, why risk it?So our advice is unless you don't care about spending your hard-earned money to be treated like crap, DON'T STAY AT THE CATAMARAN 'RESORT' HOTEL.

3. It was obvious after the first day that no one seems to care about how guests are treated at Catamaran 'Resort' Hotel nor do they care about staff training, upkeep, or creating loyalty among guests.

5. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchenette was very handy, the overall decor was very nice, the grounds were beautiful, the exotic birds on the grounds were a great photo op and the staff taking care of them were very friendly and answered all our questions.
