1. Fri was good, except for there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom and no extra toilet paper, which we almost ran out of between 3 people.

9. The directions were very clear and easy to follow, the employees were helpful (except one receptionist didn't know anything about the trolley or where to find info about them), the room was quite small but had everything.
