4. Anyone can see what you are taking into your room, we had 2 large full suitcases(which I had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs with), laptop bag, camera bag, satnav case etc so anyone watching could think we were good targets to rob.

5. We were in the rear block looking at the houses and hotels behind the HI, not as good as looking at the marina but fine all the same, we sat on the small balconey on Friday evening and watched the world go by with a drink.

9. Even though I made the reservation at the wrong hotel it turned out to be a pretty good choice, even with the not so helpful clerk.

10. I got the keys, told them we had made reservations for the long term parking and the male desk clerk (very good) gave me a ticket to put in the window.
