1. The manager from Ace investigating the claim was nice enough, but it was clear from the outset that they had no intention of doing the right thing and accepting responsibility for their negligence.

5. There are 3 waterslides but as this hotel is situated next to Sea World it is infested with kidsTOWELS: upon check-in you can ask for towel cards (as many as you like) that you will be responsible for returning when checking out.

8. I'd say it's a very good option, except for the fact that there is a very high unexpected charge on my credit card statement, and after 4 emails to many hyatt mails on their website and a couple of calls I still have no response about what happened.
