A/C not working, room not complete clean, TV not working, many things wrong but the good thing about it is that when I did call the Front Desk they take
care
everything right away, They do handle very well, Sergio and Adele.

We checked in, the front desk person seeming to
care
less about his job, and were given a room that while it looked relatively clean, was blessed with a loud noise coming from a hidden generator.

' We really didn't
care
about the lights, but then noticed we didn't have a TV remote-so we called again and an hour later were given one that broke about a half hour later--still not a big deal--we have legs we can get up and change a channel.
