3. I made a reservation on my card for a friend from Ghana, so I called Super 8, sea world and zoo area back to check whether my friend has arrived or not? It was just pathetic the response i was getting from the guy at the reception.

4. Even the vending machines were out of most selections and you needed exact change, the hotel was apparently not responsible for change not returned.
