After being very disappointed by the over-priced room, meager breakfast and surly 'hospitality' at the Eagle Inn B&B on our last trip to Santa Barbara, this was a perfectly refreshing change: well-done rooms, reasonable price, nice spread of food for breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, a hot, working spa pool.
