1. I called in June for an October reservation and the girl who helped me was very snotty and acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to book my reservation.

8. The staff are friendly, depending on who is on duty some acted like they were in need of some sleep and you were intruding on their time, while others were very helpful.

9. I wanted to have valet parking because I was arriving late, they had not one to help, I had to drive my car down in the garage, then take the freight elevator, I was scared to death.

10. Ok, we'll start with the good things, the desk-clerk was very helpful, I think her name was sasha, she let us check in early as we had to be somewhere before their 3pm check in time.
