1. He and his staff were extremely accommodating to make it right for us in the suite that was available - to the point of exchanging the box spring on her bed so it was a couple inches lower.

2. When we travel, it includes my mother who is in a wheelchair and can get around via a walker in the hotel room, but needs some specific accommodation to make it easier for her to get in and out of bed and the bathroom on her own.

7. While on my wife's side of the bed was the usual digital clock radio that could accommodate an iPod, my side of the bed had a tasteful analogue clock with a nice feature: although it did not glow in the dark, if you tilted it forward slightly a small light came on to illuminate it.
