1. When we got there we noticed the hotel lobby and rooms had an aweful smell that was reminiscent of mold.

2. when arrived greeted by unhelpfull rude arrogant counter staff extremely bad attitudes every member off staff in this place has a misserable face and attitude to match hotel has horrible smells in coridors that changes to even worse inside your room air con does not work safes dont work rooms dirty only old people allowed in bar /no children hence always empty horrible anywayi have never had the need to leave a review before have been on holiday over 150 times never such a bad expeirience this is what i imagine hell to be like or prison in afghanistanthis place needs fumigating then knocking down warning for anyone thinking of coming here Dont bother go and swim in your nearest sewage plant it we be cleaner and more fun Be warned this is like hell on earth.

4. My daughter got a lot of bug bites, the room smelled musty, looks dirty, and the hallway smelled terrible as well.

13. The hallways were dark and smelled, but the room was clean and did not smell at all.

14. The room had a slightly musty smell when I first arrived but just 10 minutes with a breeze from outside cleared that up.

15. One thing we noticed was that there was a lot of cooking smells in our hall near our room.

16. But most important my room smelled of mold, had water damage on the wall, black mold growing in the caulk of the bathtub and the "kitchen" had rust appliances.

I kept finding long strings of blonde hair in the sheets, the toilet overflowed twice, the sink had to be snaked out and there was plenty of hair down the drain, there were ants in the kitchen & bathrom, hair on the shower curtain AND the worst of all is that the room itself smelt like mustard and the bathroom smelled like vomit.

18. Our room smelled terribly of smoke, they charged an $8 per day per person fee for use of pool/chairs/towels and delivery of newspaper in the morning (which was waived for us b/c of our complaints.

19. I never saw one cockroach, the rooms were clean, smelled good new wallpaper partial view of the ocean which is yards away.

20. The lower level of the hotel does have a pizza place that is pretty good and is open from 11am-11pm, but the smell from the room is also on that lower level.
