1. They need some Major renovation to the rooms and the furniture.

2. I stayed here for a conference recently, and while the main level is impressive with large chandeliers and impressive artwork, the guest rooms are old and in need of renovation.

8. This hotel may have been able to rest on its historical appeal, location and lobby but I seriously would not recommend staying at it to anyone until they decide to reinvest money into the hotel's upkeep and renovation.
