5. We live close to a rail yard and have NEVER experienced noise like this in the middle of the night or even during the day for that matter.

7. The trolley stops right in front of the hotel (which can cause some noise during the night) but is very convenient to get to all of the interesting sights in San Diego.

8. To their defense they did say that the party scene was not the norm and they had over 20 noise complaints that night.
