1. This will cause noise if you are booked by that side, (as I was), but I was able to control that by running the room fan as steady background sound.

3. I can't comment on the noise that this may cause, since we were given a room on the opposite side of the hotel, which overlooked some depressed areas of Syracuse.

9. We didn`t have any noise problems from outside, but heard people waiting for the elevators a couple of times in the morning.

10. Yes, the 2 elevators are interminably slow and yes there's no bathtub but the staff was extremely courteous, the place is clean and for us, on the 18th floor and facing away from the highway, the noise was minimal.
