2. One bad experience I had with this motel stay is, I went out to the room balconey to get some fresh air, and when I closed the balcony door, the stupid lock locked itself.

4. i prefer a non-smoking room due to the smell in rooms, so i informed them that i was a smoker and that i wanted to smoke on the patio/balcony.
