A friend had damaged the bathroom door which i was upfront about, they tried charging me $500 to replace a door that is at most $60, i argued asked for the manager, Joel came out argued with me was rude, wouldn't supply me any documentation of where $500 came from, he just said thats the way it is, after half hour of arguing and having everyone with me that was tired and wanted to go home, i had them write out so i had documentation 'We will refund the difference to you for what the cost of the door is and fax an invoice to you'.
