1. They were in the middle of renovating at the time so I did expect some inconvenience but the bed was so comfortable that I didn't notice the ongoing construction.

2. The rooms smell a bit of having been used, and the maids push a bit on chlorine when they clean, but hey, my bed in not too bad (room 248), sheets were clean, the maids were very nice and one of the front desk ppl was very helpful, the others are just fine.

5. The sheets were too small to fit the bed, carpet filthy and exuded a bad smell, ran out of hot water during showers, AC loud but couldn't shut down due to carpet odor, also had switch plate covers dangling from wall.
