2. --Staff was super helpful and friendly--Room was very clean and nicely appointed--We liked that the hotel is small and on the quiet end of Waikiki: this is NOT a mega-resort so don't expect the onsite spas, restaurants, fitness facilities etc. No pool or restaurant on-site--Nice touches include the free morning coffee, evening wine, beach chair check-out, and turndown service--Not directly oceanfront, but only one building in from the beach, so only a few hundred feet from the water.
