1. The only plus was receiving clean towels everyday but we always had to get extra even though they knew how many were staying in the room, we had to ask at front desk each day for more than the 2 towels they kept putting after 'cleaning'.

3. I had to track down a housekeeper for an extra set of towels (they only gave us 2 to begin with), AND the cherry on top of the cake was that our room was never cleaned once.
