2. Not only did the front desk folks provide me with an umbrella, but they were kind enough to allow me to park in front for over an hour while I checked in, took a shower, and prepared to go to my meetings.

4. It is a chain hotel, but it was nicely decorated, the food was very satisfactory, the bar was friendly, the pool and hot tub area wereclean and nice, the room was spacious the bath very nice, even had the concave shower curtain rod -- and the view is pretty durned good.
